Have you heard the exciting news? Photoroom has won the Webby Award, made Forbes' AI 50 list, and our "Erase your Ex" campaign with OK Cupid has been a hit. While we are celebrating these wins, we’ve also been paying close attention to our user feedback and are pleased to roll out significant improvements to our AI backgrounds feature, along with other updates to help you express your creativity, collaborate with teammates and effortlessly create professional photos. Read on to learn more about the latest updates!

New Updates

Improved AI Backgrounds and the ability to switch to the old version

We have made further improvements to AI Backgrounds with the updated v3 model so you can expect to see finer details, prompts with better results and higher quality images for iOS users with version  5.9.8 onwards and Android users with 4.9.7 version onwards. While we think the new v3 model has better results, you may have the option to switch back to the older v2 version temporarily in settings under “Preferences”.
